TheraManager Cloud Users,
As some of you noticed, one of our servers was unavailable for
about an hour this afternoon. We are working with our data center to
prevent this type of occurrence in the future. One of the steps we
will be initiating is a weekly reboot of all servers by the data
center. This will occur on Sunday mornings at approximately 3:00am
ET. Please note that the servers will be unavailable for a brief time
(10-15 minutes) during this reboot process.

questions. Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced
today.
